Welcome! This site has been created as a resource for educators, as teaching students to be digital citizens is a relatively new concept. While instantaneous access to information and numerous platforms for collaboration have certainly bolstered a teacher's toolkit, with it comes an increased responsibility on educators and students to carry themselves appropriately on the web. This site focuses on the Ethics and Jurisprudence of Posting Images Online. Educators are encouraged to use this case study and the subsequent discussion questions as an example with their students to help them manage the balance the power that accompanies posting on the web, with issues such as consent and school codes of conduct.
